29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) Throughout the facility, the employer did not have an effective Hazard Communication training and yearly retraining program to ensure the employees were provided up to date information on the details of the company's hazard communication program, an explanation of the  warning signs and pictograms on the labels containers, the sections of the safety data sheet and their order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. Employees are exposed to the hazards related to the negative effects of injurious chemicals, as the company's Hazard Communication training program do not provide the information and frequency necessary that would make the employees able to immediately access and use the required information in contained in labels and SDS such as first-aid treatment in case of an emergency .
