29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  Employees were engaged in roofing operations at the residential construction location 4225 South 25th St, Omaha, Ne. 68107. Employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun while installing shingles on the roof and was exposed to eye hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were engaged in roofing work when on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about June 30, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite for reroofing location 4225 South 25th St, Omaha, Ne. 68107. The exposed employees were standing on the finished OSB of the residential third level structure, subjected to fall hazard at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
