29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a-40 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah NJ 07430: (Unprotected elevated wall)  An employee engaged in demolition activities and positioned on an elevated wall was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11ft to the asphalt below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 07/01/2022
