29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not appropriately worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.  On or about July 6, 2022,   at the construction site of a commercial building in Huntsville, TX,   two employees were operating a Genie Aerial lift while installing Gypsum board to an exterior wall without personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about July 6, 2022,  on the east side of commercial building located in Huntsville, Texas,  employees were constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above a lower level without a personnel fall arrest system.
