29 CFR 1910.181(i)(3)(iii)(b): During hoisting, care was not taken that the load did not contact any obstructions:  a) Crystal Lake Substation Lot: On or about June 30, 2022, employees were exposed to electrical  hazards in that employees used a truck mounted digger to off load utility line poles under a 115K volt transmission line.
