29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Guarding of live parts. Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded by distance with an elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface.  On or about July 8, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees performed range duties requiring them to work around unguarded live parts on a motor, exposing the employees to the hazard of electrical injuries.

29 CFR  1910.305(c)(4): Faceplates for flush-mounted snap switches. Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface.  On or about July 8, 2022, and at times prior thereto, two light switches in the microwave area did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface, exposing employees operating the switches to the hazards of an electrical injury.
