29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017: On or about June 6, 2022, the employer did not ensure all employees who were exposed to fall hazards greater than 4 feet were properly trained to recognize fall hazards and procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7-10 feet while cleaning equipment.

Employees used compressed air for cleaning and were exposed to fall hazards and the employer did not provide or require use of PPE such as, but not limited to a fall protection system/device, rated chip guard, safety glasses, face shield, hard hat, safety boots, long sleeve shirt, long pants, etc.
