29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about July 12, 2022 the employer Pioterek Roofing Inc. at jobsite located at 12235 State Route 105 Oak Harbor OH 43449, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential roofing construction activities on the second (roof) level of a residential single family home, while exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet or greater to the ground below.
