29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. a) On or about July 11, 2022, at the previously addressed job site, employees working from lower levels were not using protective helmets exposing the employees to struck by hazards from falling or flying objects while employees were working from upper levels. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) On or about July 11, 2022, at the previously addressed job site, employees framing and installing exterior walls of a residential building were exposed to falls of greater than six feet to the lower levels. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
