29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 13, 2022 at 800 North 18th Street, Beatrice, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure with a roof pitch less than 4:12. The employees where installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 9 feet 4 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
