29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  (a)	 This violation occurred on or about July 14, 2022, at the job site located at 118 Chaco Drive, Forney, TX: where employees doing roofing work on a new residential two-story single-family house while using a Metabo HPT model number NV 45AB2 nail gun.  Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a)	This violation occurred on or about July 14, 2022, at the job site located at 118 Chaco Drive, Forney, TX: where employees doing roofing work on a new residential two-story single-family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.
