29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them:  a) 1 Creek Rd, Brooklawn, NJ - Employees exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not train each employee in hazards associated with falls from heights in the workplace, to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the means to minimize fall hazards in the workplace. This condition was observed on July 14, 2022.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):   Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a) 1 Creek Rd, Brooklawn, NJ - Employees exposed to fall hazards in that the employer failed to ensure at least a safety monitor was used during roofing operations on a flat roof approximately 32 feet in width. This condition was observed on or about July 14, 2022.  The CB Commercial Solutions, Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463691, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1102 North Route 130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.
