29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a) Wayne Express, Inc. dba Wayne Express located at 2306 E. Lancaster Ave. Wayne, PA:  On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide hazardous chemical training for employees using chemicals while performing car wash activities. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to the following:   -Ethanol and 1,4 Dioxanemite contained in Blue Coral Cling N Clean Neutral Foamer -Glutaral and Dichloromethane contained in Zep Blue Peral Tire Dressing -Propan-2-ol, benzaldehyde, 2-butoxyethanol contained in Blue Coral Prep Rinse  -Sodium hydroxide, 2-Buxyethanol contained in Transmate Whistle Clean Wheel Cleaner
