NYTO Builders LLC., at 6107 E 141st Lane, Thornton, CO 80602: On July 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees were observed conducting framing operations at heights over 20 feet on a new residential home building without the use of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards.

NYTO Builders LLC,. at 6107 E 141st Lane, Thornton, CO 80602: On July 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that portable ladders, used to access the roof of a new residential home had side rails that did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing or was secured. The employer did not protect employees against falls at heights over 20 feet. This condition exposes to employees to fall hazards.

Fortress Framing Inc. at 6107 E 141st Lane, Thornton, CO 80602: On July 17, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees of NYTO Builders LLC., subcontractor, were protected from injury, in that portable ladders, used to access the roof of a new residential home was used on a stable and level surface to prevent accidental displacement. The employer did not protect employees against falls at heights over 20 feet. This condition exposes to employees to fall hazards.
