29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Stone Hill Meadows, Robin Road Macungie, PA 18062: On or about July 19, 2022, an employee performing carpentry work on a front porch framing member, approximately 10 feet above grade, was not provided an appropriate means of fall protection.   b) Stone Hill Meadows, Robin Road Macungie, PA 18062: On or about July 19, 202, an employee was unloading windows off the forks of a telehandler positioned on the roof of the garage, approximately 10 feet above grade, without utilizing an appropriate means of fall protection.
