29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:   On or about July 20, 2021, on the west side of the site, employees were performing siding work from a ladder jack scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above the lower level and were not in use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems.
