29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a)125 US Hwy 89 Vaughn, MT 59487: On or about July 19, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards while utilizing the Speedy Lift to lift vehicles. The junction box on the lift had exposed wiring due to lacking a cover.
