29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite: 9745 Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA 19114 - On or about July 8, 2022, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting roofing operations in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were installing roofing material along the unprotected edges of a roof 24 feet above ground level without the use of any fall protection system.

Jobsite : 9745 Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA 19114 - On or about July 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the employees engaged in roofing operations along the edges of a roof, approximately 24 feet above ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
