29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii)  (a) JUSS Racing and Entertainment Denver LLC dba Podium Karting & Events, 7300 Broadway, Denver, CO 80221; On and before July 26, 2022 the employer had not implemented a written hazard communication program to include information associated with hazards from exposure to Gasoline 87N 10% ETH NY and carbon monoxide, the product of it's combustion resulting from operating a BizKart.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(4):The employer did not make the written hazard communication program available upon request to the employees or their designated representatives in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020(e):  (a) JUSS Racing and Entertainment Denver LLC dba Podium Karting & Events, 7300 Broadway Blvd., Denver, CO 80221; On or about July 26, 2022 employees were not made available, upon request, the written hazard communication program. Employees were made aware of available SDSs and where to find them, but were not provided with a written program describing employee training, chemical labels or other forms of warning.
