29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Employees engaged in framing activities, including installing sheathing, on an approximate 4:12 to 5:12 pitched roof, were not provided or using an acceptable means of fall protection.  The ground to eave height was approximately 9.8 feet, to approximately 15 feet near the peak.   NOTE:  Certification of corrective action (abatement) is required for this item.
