29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:   On or about July 22, 2022, employees engaged in residential construction activities atop a roof located at 10625 Baler Creek Lane Lot #38 Columbia Station, Ohio 44028., 19 feet above the ground were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures by employer.    Enos Ramos Zapeda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418602, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1201 Powers Run Road Pittsburgh, PA 15238.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record:  On or about July 22, 2022, the employer did not  verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record for the 5 employees working on a 06/12 pitch roof that was approximately 19 feet in height while conducting roof work atop a residential roof located at 10625 Baler Creek Lane Lot #38 Columbia Station, Ohio 44028.  Enos Ramos Zapeda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1418602, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1201 Powers Run Road Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
