29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)Jose Roberto at 5001 South Culbert Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to July 27, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting roofing operations on a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
