On or about 6/27/2022, Tinnin Homes and Construction, Inc. employees were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on 1742 Scenic Drive in Festus, MO.  Tinnin Homes and Construction, LLC did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  Two employees were installing roofing materials on a 6/12 sloped roof approximately ten to seventeen feet above the ground, without utilizing a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
