29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):  Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 6/27/2022, Tinnin Homes and Construction, Inc. employees were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on 1742 Scenic Drive in Festus, MO.  Tinnin Homes and Construction, LLC did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  Two employees were installing roofing materials on a 6/12 sloped roof approximately ten to seventeen feet above the ground, without utilizing a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 6/27/2022, Tinnin Homes and Construction, Inc. employees were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on 1742 Scenic Drive in Festus, MO, and were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  Two employees were observed on a 6/12 sloped roof, approximately ten to seventeen feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection.
