29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   (a) On or about July 28, 2022, employees conducting roofing activities (shingle installation) on a second story  4:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately Eighteen (18) feet on the North and South sides of structure.  (b) On or about July 28, 2022, employees conducting roofing activities on a 4:12 pitch single story roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet and one(1) inch on the North side of structure.
