The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 28, 2022 at address located at 7506 Grover St. Omaha, Nebraska. An employee was exposed to fall hazards while re-roofing an existing residential home.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(10):The top of a non-self-supporting ladder shall be placed with the two rails supported equally unless it is equipped with a single support attachment.  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recent documented on or about July 28, 2022 at 7506 Grover St. Omaha Nebraska with improperly use of an extension ladder as means of access/egress while performing residential construction reroofing activity using an aluminum ladder set up on the rake along the side of the roof as means of access/egress to the top roof of the home creating unequal support on roof more then 10FT in height without support attachment.
