29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a.  At the Lakeside Grand Apartments at Merchants Row Blvd in Tallahassee Florida:  On or about July 26, 2022, on the 5:12 pitch roof, the employer exposed two roofing employees who were installing paper and valley materials to a 19-foot fall hazard from the roof eaves, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  b.  At the Lakeside Grand Apartments at Merchants Row Blvd in Tallahassee Florida:  On or about July 26, 2022, on the interior breezeway second floor landing, the employer exposed two roofing employees to a 10-foot fall hazard in that there were no guard rails on the landing where the employees used the access ladder.  c.   At the Lakeside Grand Apartments at Merchants Row Blvd in Tallahassee Florida:  On or about July 26, 2022, on the front balcony where the air compressor was operated, the employer exposed two roofing employees to a 10-foot fall hazards from the balcony edge in that there were no guard rails on the balcony.
