29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about 07/29/2022, at 3211 SW Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to chemical burns when a written hazard communication (HAZCOM) program was not developed and implemented to protect workers required to handle corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Clorox and Professional Easy-Off Oven and Grill Cleaner, which were used as part of the store's cleaning routine.

29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:  On or about 07/29/2022, at 3211 SW Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to chemical burns when handling corrosive materials as part of the store's cleaning routine without having appropriate eye or face protection.
