29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) 1003 East 3rd Ave. Post Falls, ID. 83854 - On or about August 1, 2022 and at times prior thereto, an employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to a fall of approximately 15 to 16 feet to the asphalt below without adequate fall protection.  NOTE: Certification of corrective action (abatement) is required for this item.
