When an employee is exposed to falling objects, the employer did not ensure that each employee wears head protection that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part. And/or the employer did not protect employees from falling objects by implementing one or more of the following methods listed in 1910.28(c)(1)-(3).  Location: Jobsite  An employee was cutting tree branches with a pole saw on or about 8/3/2022 when he was struck in the head by the branch he was cutting.
