This was most recently documented on August 4, 2022 at 1700 15th Street, Beatrice, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure with a roof pitch less than 4:12. The employees where installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 9 feet 11 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
