29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Jobsite 2001 Beach Street Philadelphia, PA 19125 - On or about June 16th, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the employees engaged in framing operations on the top of a four story building along open and unprotected edges were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system.   The employer name was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509482, citation number 1 , item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Beach St, Philadelphia, PA 19125.

The employer name was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1545230, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
