29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  At a worksite located at 9324 North Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64155:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. This was demonstrated when two relocated power taps (APS and Defiant) were plugged into one another in series and not in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification of the relocatable power taps. This occurred on or about August 2, 2022, the relocatable power tap was being used by employees to power electronic equipment.
