29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  On or about August 9, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that employees were not provided fall protection when required to work on a roof that was approximately 16 feet above the ground.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On or about August 9, 2022 and at times prior,  the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with loss or injury of an eye, in that eye protection was not provided to employees who were required to operate a pneumatic nail gun to complete a framing job.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about August 9, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that employees were not provided ladders with side rails that extended at least three feet above the upper landing.
