Chalk Hill Drive - On or about August 10, 2022, employees installed trusses with the use of a truck mounted telescopic boom crane and pneumatic nail guns.  Employees were observed walking and working on the first and second floors of the residence and were exposed to overhead hazards without the use of protective helmets.
