Almon St. - On or about August 10, 2022, employees engaged in framing activities of a new residential apartment complex were observed working and walking on the rafters and the mezzanine areas of the structure without a fall protection system in place, exposing employees to fall hazards of 10 to 18 feet or more to the grade below.  b) At or near 419 S. Almon St. - On or about August 10, 2022, employees engaged in framing activities of a new residential apartment complex were observed walking and working near window openings that with the outside bottom edge of the opening greater than eight feet above lower levels.  The window openings were not guarded by use of a guardrail systems and no personal fall arrest system was utilized, exposing employees to fall hazards.
