29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On or about August 11, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the power cable entering a wall mounted knife switch was not connected so that strain to the cable was prevented nor a strain relief device provided.  The outer protective sheathing was pulled away creating strain to the wiring exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
