29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Residential construction inside townhouse Lot #7 and Lot #13 at One East King Street, Hampton, GA: On or about August 15, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure stair rails were installed on the stairways for employees to access second floor.
