29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v)   Fill Line #1-On or about August, 5, 2022, a spray bottle of "Simple Green" was not labeled, with the contents and hazard information, creating a potential skin irritation hazard. Fill Line #2-On or about August 5, 2022, a spray bottle of WD-40 was improperly labeled, with the contents and hazard information, creating a potential skin irritation hazard. PPM Mixing Area-On or about August 5, 2022, several containers of paint additives labels were defaced, creating a potential health hazard.
