29 CFR  1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours:  a) 59 Dunning Way Plattsburgh, NY - On or about August 17, 2022, the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative. An employer may use the business hours of the establishment at which the records are located when calculating the deadline.  The U.S. Department of Justice - DEA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1904.40(a)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421649, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Franklin Rd. SW Suite 200 Roanoke, VA 24011.
