29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) On August 16, 2022, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws  without eye protection during framing  work.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  On August 16, 2022, employees engaged in roof sheeting work were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 14 feet above the ground.  b)  On August 16, 2022,  employees engaged in framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the lower level's concrete floor through an unguarded floor opening.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
