29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a) New townhome construction located on Lots #18-21 Evenstead Way, Smyrna, GA 30080, Third floor top plate: On or about 08/18/2022, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 30-feet, 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that employees were not provided with a complete fall protection system as the D-Ring on the body harnesses used were not connected to a life-line, anchor point or lanyard while engaged in the installation of roof trusses being set by a mobile crane.  (b) New townhome construction located on Lots #18-21 Evenstead Way, Smyrna, GA 30080, Third floor:  On or about 08/18/2022, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee who was engaged in framing activities outside the 2x4 framed walls.
