29 CFR  1926.1052(b)(2): Foot traffic was not prohibited on skeleton metal stairs where permanent treads and/or landings were to be installed at a later date and the stairs were not fitted with secured temporary treads:   a) 605 Route 130 South, Cinnaminson, NJ - The employer allowed workers to ascend and descend the building via the skeleton metal stairways in which there were no permanent or temporary treads or landings thus exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. This condition was noted on or about August 17, 2022.
