29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  Location: Palletizing Robot  Instance one: On or about 8/17/2022, the employer did not adequately guard the underside of the rolling conveyors to the palletizing robot and the opening above the control panel at the pallet exit area where the banding operation is conducted.   Instance two: On or about 8/17/2022, the employer did not adequately secure the side door where cardboard box materials are being reloaded where the side door sensor was inoperable.
