Located at 609 Courtright East Rd, Pickerington, Ohio: On or about August 18, 2022, employees were loading shingles onto the roof of a new residential home prior to installing the new roof without the use of proper anchorage, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately twenty feet.
