29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees engaged in roofing activities at the jobsite located at 1207 206th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that one roofer working on the house roof was not utilizing fall protection. Amar Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1557737, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5630 S 112th St., Omaha, Nebraska 68137.
