29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 7211 Tutt Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80923. On or about August 4, 2022, and at times prior, the employer, JG Drywall & Painting, LLC., did not ensure its employees were protected from fall hazards. On 8/4/2022, an employee had fallen from a balcony with unprotected sides and edges. The employee fell 25 feet from the balcony to the ground when he removed his harness while he was conducting drywall operations. He sustained various injuries to his head, neck and back and was admitted into the ICU.
