At  3128 Summit View TR Lees Summit, MO employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' in height while conducting framing activities without any form of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At  3128 Summit View TR Lees Summit, MO an employee was  exposed to fall hazards greater than 6' when using a portable extension ladder that was not extended 3' past the landing surface or secured and having an alternate method to grab on to while accessing  and exiting ladder.
