(b) 1261 Clairmont Road, Carlisle, PA, 1st floor Front Office exterior exit - On or about August 30, 2022, the exit from the building to the outside was not marked by a sign reading "Exit".  (c) 1261 Clairmont Road, Carlisle, PA, 1st floor conference room exterior exit - On or about August 30, 2022, the exit from the building to the outside was not marked by a sign reading "Exit".

29 CFR  1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review:  (a) 1261 Clairmont Road, Carlisle, PA, facility-wide - On or about August 30, 2022, the employer did not developed an emergency action plan  in the event that employees are required to exit the facility or to shelter in place during an emergency.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
