29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 1201 S. Range Line Road, Joplin, Missouri- Employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns and circular saws and were not provided any means of eye or face protection.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1):29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  Worksite located at 1201 S. Range Line Road, Joplin, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the employer failed to inspect equipment prior to the use of the cords. Cord plugged into the generator had its' grounding pin missing and another cords male end had been broken in half and had its' inner wires exposed.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   Worksite located at 2101 S. Range Line Road, Joplin, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of and in between the trusses of the building in which employees were wearing harnesses, but were not attached to any means of anchorage devices.
