OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees are constantly walking/working by the non-anchored storage racks, thus exposing them to a struck by and/or crush hazard.  Location: 16 Saw Mill River Road Hawthorne, NY 10532 On or about: August 29, 2022  a) Storage racks were not anchored to the ground, which are approximately 13ft high. Employees are walking/working and driving forklifts by multiple storage racks daily. Employees are exposed to struck by and/or crush hazard.
